magic cupboards problem
Hello. I am a user named Elif01 on the Turkey server. On July 7th, I opened the 'Lovers' closet in the magic cupboards store. The closet appeared as full, and normally, when a closet is full, we are supposed to receive all the items inside. However, after opening it, I checked "my things" and noticed that most of the items were missing, and instead, I only received multiple duplicate copies of a few specific items. Could you please look into this issue?

When a magic cupboard is marked as “full,” it means you've already obtained at least one item in your inventory. After that, you'll receive duplicate items when the cupboard is opened again.
Currently, in your inventory, here are the items I've seen from this cupboard, obtained in this order:
At that point, you've finished the cupboard, and after that, you'll inevitably get duplicates.
This means you have at least one of each item in your inventory. Check the previous pages if you think any are missing. But when I checked, I definitely saw each of these items in that order in your inventory.
Once the cupboard is fully complete, it no longer checks for duplicates, so you can end up with duplicates from the entire cupboard.

Thank you for the feedback, but I cannot see many of the items you mentioned seeing in my inventory. I am attaching these screenshots so you can fully understand my situation.
I have previously opened many cupboards from the Magic Cupboards shop, but I have never encountered such an issue with any of them.

I personally checked your inventory, and the items I listed in my previous message are all items that are in your inventory.
They’re probably older items on the previous pages in your inventory.
I recommend searching by store type (“Sort by store:” at the top of the inventory filter) and selecting “Magic cupboards” to find these items much more easily.
